We are able to successfully maintain our position at the forefront of the industry we choose to serve for a number of reasons, one of which is our continued investment in technology.
Our operatives are equipped with the latest High Definition recording media, including remote-controlled microwave cameras and covert systems. Teams also have hygrometers to measure ambient temperatures and humidity which may be of crucial evidence to the claim.
In addition, each team has a constant email communication link with its case manager thus enabling the swift two-way flow of information between the field and office. This ensures that our clients receive case progress reports promptly and with minimum delay.
Our investment in technology carries over into our field support role too. Films and reports are provided in a variety of formats according to our clients’ preferences, (VHS/DVD/email etc).
Our administrative personnel are trained and fully conversant with the latest software application packages and our IT system is protected by a dedicated software package that is automatically updated on a regular basis. Further, our server is Firewall protected.
